COVID – 19 arrangements

The country, and the world, is finding itself in an unprecedented position, with our usual lifestyles and activities restricted (quite rightly) by the required social-distancing measures in place.

With no definite date as to when restrictions will be lifted sufficiently to allow large gatherings, many people are having to take the difficult decision to cancel or postpone their events. In many cases, this is leading to financial hardship, with some companies not allowing deposits or payments to be refunded or held over to another date.

At Luxury Toilet Hire (UK) Ltd, we understand the difficulties that this will cause our clients and how it will make your decisions regarding cancellation or postponement more difficult.

We want you to know that your health and well-being is very important to us and if it means changing the date of your event to protect people’s health, then we are here to help.

Postponement and cancellation policy

Please be assured that, if you need to postpone your event until later in the year or even next year, we will honour all payments made and transfer your booking to your revised date, subject to the unit being available. If you have to cancel completely due to the virus, we will refund any payments made.
